Mentioned NZ (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the media monitoring service available at mentioned.co.nz. We are based in New Zealand and this policy is written in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

We collect only what we need to provide the service:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising.
To deliver the service, we use third-party providers that store and process data outside New Zealand. Under the Privacy Act 2020, we are required to disclose this:

By using Mentioned NZ, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. Each provider is contractually required to handle data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
We retain your account information and keywords for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days. Billing records required for tax purposes are retained for 7 years as required by NZ law.
We use session cookies for authentication only — to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
